Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with eFiling in State and Federal courts is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client interaction experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage third-party discovery, prepare court documents, and summarize key materials.
• Coordinate expert witnesses, credentials, and schedules for litigation.
• Conduct legal research using approved resources and databases.
• Maintain litigation document management and billable time records.
• Draft correspondence, discovery requests, and pleadings.
• Prepare client updates and status reports for ongoing cases.
