Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate, or sufficient paralegal experience.
• Experience with eFiling in State and Federal courts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Oversee third‑party discovery, identify providers, prepare court‑compliant requests, and summarize documents.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, gather credentials and schedules, and liaise on documentation sharing.
• Conduct legal research using approved resources and manage litigation document stores.
