Hankey Marks & Crider in downtown Indianapolis seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PI litigation experience and can independently manage case matters while collaborating with attorneys.

You will handle discovery, drafting, case organization, and trial preparation, and may work remotely 2 days per week after training. Competitive benefits and a collaborative, team-oriented environment are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently.
• Comfortable working with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and respond to discovery, including Interrogatories and Requests for Production.
• Review discovery responses and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain deadlines, court dates, depositions, mediations, and trial dates.
• Coordinate depositions, notices, and exhibits.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and mediation statements.
• Communicate case developments to clients regularly.
• Organize medical records, bills, liens, and other evidence.
• File documents electronically in state and federal courts.
