Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Telecommunication Engineer to plan, implement and administer voice/telephony systems at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins. You will manage CUCM, Unity Connection and UCCX, provide advanced troubleshooting, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of communication tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred 5+ years in Cisco Unified Communications.
• CCNA Collaboration or UCCX/CUCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and administer voice/telephony devices and settings for assigned areas.
• Manage Cisco Unified Communications solutions (CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX).
• Provide technical support for communication issues, diagnosing and resolving problems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure stability of voice platforms.
• Design and optimize UCCX call flows, scripts, and reporting.
