Job summary

Jobot is recruiting a Chicago Corporate Associate to support M&A, commercial transactions and real estate matters in a hybrid role. The successful attorney will handle complex deals, advise clients, draft agreements and help grow the practice.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate/transactional work, strong drafting skills and Illinois Bar admission. The position offers a balanced schedule, generous billable hours, and business origination incentives for high performers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements.
• M&A and general corporate experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions and/or leasing is a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and take meaningful ownership of matters.
• Collaborative personality and interest in joining a firm for the long term.
• Illinois Bar admission.
