Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Channel Operations Analyst I to process chargeback transactions and minimize deductions. You will analyze data elements for payment accuracy, reconcile open chargeback deductions, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree plus 2 years business experience, or 4 years business experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to maximize results.

Responsibilities

• Identify ineligible chargeback transactions and work with wholesalers to reconcile disputed claims; identify cause of issues and implement corrective action to eliminate future occurrences and reduce the chargeback deduction balance.
• Complete contract system work; including contract set-up, membership management, and communications.
• Perform trending and variance analysis to ensure membership compliance and payment accuracy for specialty pharmacies, GPOs, VA, Public Health Service 340B and wholesaler/distributor agreements.
• Support Government Pricing and Reporting, Planning & Analysis, Finance and other management teams with data and analysis.
• Support A/R in the reconciliation of chargeback deductions and assist with collection efforts.
• Manage e-mail inbox data submissions daily; chargeback resubmissions, membership eligibility questions and other queries requiring detailed analysis and follow-up.
