Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 3 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
• Understand distribution models and reseller channels.
• Knowledge of POS, Networking, and AIDC channel is a plus.
• Accounting principles for budgets, MDF, and Co-op marketing funds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with BlueStar Sales Team and vendor contacts.
• Develop and manage relationships with VARs, ISVs, and channel partners.
• Contribute to annual business and marketing plans for the sales region.
• Achieve quarterly KPIs and sales-out goals for revenue growth.
• Coordinate trainings with channel partners and attend roadshows/tradeshows.
• Travel approximately 30-40% and potentially attend international trade shows.
