Job summary

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a Channel Relations Specialist to support the Americas channel partner network, coordinating onboarding, documentation, and partner communications. You will interact with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Channel Relationship Managers to ensure compliant operations and data integrity.

You will maintain partner records, generate channel reports, and drive process improvements while working hybrid in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in channel operations, sales support, business operations, customer support, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support channel management and field sales teams with channel partner onboarding and maintenance.
• Coordinate channel account consolidations, acquisitions, and terminations.
• Maintain partner agreements and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries through the Channel mailbox and act as system administrator for channel tools.
• Assist with compliance processes and reviews with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Generate and review recurring channel reports and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new channel tools and processes.
