Job summary

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a Channel Relations Specialist to support our channel partner network across the Americas. This hybrid/remote role requires collaboration with Channel Relationship Managers, Sales, Legal and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities include onboarding and maintenance of partner accounts, managing documentation, compliance reviews, and generating recurring channel reports. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help execute global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in channel operations or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support channel management and field sales teams with channel partner account setup, onboarding, and account maintenance activities.
• Process channel partner requests and ensure the completion of required documentation.
• Coordinate channel account consolidations, acquisitions, and terminations through established processes.
• Maintain partner agreements, exhibits, addendums, and associated documentation.
• Respond to inquiries received through the Channel mailbox.
• Serve as administrator for channel-related systems and databases.
• Maintain channel contact information and distribution lists.
• Manage channel partner compliance processes and documentation requirements.
• Ensure channel partners are accurately entered and maintained within compliance management systems.
• Act as a liaison between Channel Relationship Managers and compliance stakeholders.
• Support agreement updates and policy revisions in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Conduct and coordinate periodic compliance reviews and communicate resulting updates.
• Generate and maintain recurring channel reports.
• Review channel data for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor key channel metrics and support achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Assist with reporting activities related to global and regional channel initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve channel processes, policies, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Credit, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support implementation of new channel tools, systems, and procedures.
• Contribute to change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in global channel programs, workshops, and planning activities.
• Support execution of global channel strategies at the regional level.
• Assist with tracking and reporting channel performance metrics.
• Participate in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation activities for channel initiatives.
