Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in channel operations, sales support, business operations, customer support, compliance, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support channel management and field sales teams with partner onboarding and account maintenance.
• Coordinate channel account consolidations, acquisitions, and terminations per process.
• Maintain partner agreements, exhibits, addendums, and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries via the Channel mailbox and act as system administrator for channel tools.
• Generate and maintain recurring channel reports and monitor KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve channel processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support implementation of new channel tools and procedures.
