Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Change Manager to support technology and business transformation in a highly regulated enterprise. The role partners with ESM, Product, IT, and Risk to drive change adoption through communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness activities.

Location is McLean, VA with a Hybrid work arrangement. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $51.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, ESOP, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of change management, organizational change, business readiness, or transformation experience.
• Experience supporting technology, digital, or operational change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate large, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience creating communications, training materials, and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of organizational and technology-related change initiatives.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder communications and messaging plans.
• Assist with training strategy, readiness assessments, and adoption activities.
• Identify and address change impacts, risks, and resistance points.
• Partner with Product, IT, ESM, and business teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Create presentations, reports, and change management documentation.
• Track change management metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Support multiple concurrent projects within a complex, matrixed environment.
