Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Consultant to drive structured change initiatives aligned with transformational business programs. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, adoption, and strategic coaching across enterprise teams.

Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration 1-2 days per week is available. The position requires a BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years in change management or transformation, plus 2+ years of project leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in organizational development or business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in change management, organization development or business transformation.
• Minimum 2 years project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote adoption; identify the need for agility and adapt approach.
• Lead, coordinate and provide visibility into engagement, communications, and training for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic consultation and execution to support adoption of change initiatives and behavioral shifts.
• Prepare stakeholders by assessing magnitude and complexity of change, readiness, and risks.
• Conduct methodological analysis of change impacts and identify key stakeholders affected by the change.
• Conduct environment scans to identify resistance and potential challenges for stakeholders.
• Create and deliver engagement and communications plans to ensure stakeholders are informed about impending changes.
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders to measure success and align behavioral changes with objectives.
• Collaborate with Culture Transformation, Communications, HR, Technology, and Global Service teams to ensure alignment of business plans.
• Apply enterprise standards across change interventions, ensuring alignment to Responsible AI and internal best practices.
