Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Production Change Management.
• Experience in a heterogeneous IT organization.
• Strong ITIL aligned service management experience.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Broad technology exposure in infrastructure and application tech.

Responsibilities

• Govern and oversee the Production Change Management process and policy compliance.
• Escalate and resolve complex, multi-region change conflicts with stakeholders.
• Lead CAB meetings and coordinate reviews, approvals, and communications.
• Manage change governance including templates, models, rules and publications.
• Oversee Major Events planning, calendar, and conflict management.
• Support tooling, testing, process docs, and ad hoc ITSM reporting.
