Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Vendor product and hardware certification.
• Certifications in information services and healthcare software.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in clinical systems, EMR, and decision support.
• Experience leading complex system changes.
• Experience with stakeholders and executives.
• Preferred: ITIL, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, CHTM, HL7 Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support for lifecycle management of third-party devices.
• Lead device integration and onboarding activities with IS, Clinical Engineering, and vendors.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and issue resolution across clinical systems.
• Mentor teammates and promote standard documentation and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and service delivery.
