Job summary

HumanTouch is seeking a Change Management Specialist to drive adoption of delivered applications and workflows through readiness assessments, communications, training, and user engagement. The role emphasizes collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

The candidate should have experience with government customers, familiarity with low-code or AI-enabled apps, and a background in change management methods such as ADKAR.

Qualifications

• Experience working with government customers or public-sector initiatives.
• Familiarity with low-code or AI-enabled applications.
• Experience building user communities or champion networks.
• Knowledge of Agile and ADKAR change management methods.
• Change management training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess change impacts, readiness concerns, and training needs with stakeholders.
• Plan adoption activities around project milestones and track readiness.
• Prepare communications, training materials, and user guides; coordinate reviews.
• Deliver training, walkthroughs, and adoption office hours during rollout periods.
• Build and sustain user communities and champion networks through peer learning sessions.
• Measure adoption against baselines and adjust activities based on results.
• Maintain adoption materials and hand over recurring questions to support.
