Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Change Management Consultant II to support change management efforts for the Natural Gas Business Unit. The role collaborates with project teams, business partners, and impacted employees to plan, communicate, and support changes tied to business, operational, technology, and process improvements.

Responsibilities include planning for multiple workstreams, applying change management practices, communicating clearly, and engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Mastery of change management principles and methods.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with Prosci methodology is preferred.
• CCMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support change management work for multiple workstreams or projects within a larger program.
• Use change management methods and tools; Prosci experience is preferred.
• Document and apply change management practices consistently.
• Define desired outcomes and track progress toward them.
• Identify impacts on groups and plan mitigation strategies.
• Engage stakeholders and tailor approaches for different audiences.
• Identify risks and issues early and help address them.
• Work effectively in a self-directed environment.
