Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Relations or related field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience with internal communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Slack, email platforms).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Collaborate with project teams, People function, and leadership to integrate change activities.
• Support stakeholder engagement through communication, training, and support strategies.
• Monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans.
• Coach senior leaders and managers as change sponsors.
• Build and maintain a change agent network for local adoption and feedback.
