Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to define scope/approach for department initiatives and coordinate resources.
• Provide analytical support for planning, design and results analysis across projects and governance forums.
• Engage with stakeholders and senior management to gather information and drive solutions.
• Apply change management strategies to support adoption and value realization of large-scale initiatives.
• Serve as liaison to change sponsors, project managers and teams to enhance change effectiveness.
• Oversee multiple schedules, budgets and resources, integrating change activities into project plans.
• Build stakeholder relationships, especially with senior leaders and external partners.
• Conduct stakeholder impact analyses, readiness assessments and change readiness activities.
• Develop communications and training programs to support strategic initiatives.
• Define and monitor business readiness and success metrics using surveys, focus groups and interviews.
• Direct staff as needed and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
