Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo is seeking a Principal, Business Transformation to lead change enablement across the BTO portfolio. You will design scalable training materials, curricula, and resources, and partner with leaders to translate new systems into practical content.

The role drives major initiatives such as the Client Operations Academy, collaborating across departments to support transformation and continuous improvement. Hybrid work with 4x monthly office visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in organizational development, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Experience building training curricula from the ground up (facilitator guides, job aids, knowledge checks).
• Experience partnering with subject-matter experts to translate processes into teachable content.
• Strong facilitation experience with live training or cross-functional sessions.
• Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR, PCT, ACMP, or CCMP; certification is a plus.
• Healthcare, disability services, or human services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Change Readiness Sync (CRS) with agendas and follow‑ups.
• Build scalable enablement tools, templates, playbooks, and resources.
• Develop training materials and job aids for new systems and processes.
• Lead major enablement initiatives, including the Client Operations Academy.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate knowledge into training.
• Use feedback data to identify readiness needs and craft recommendations.
• Provide enablement and project support across BTO initiatives.
