Job summary

HUB International is seeking an entry level Account Administrator in CertSecure to assist Account Managers, Executives, and Risk Consultants with servicing commercial certificate needs. This role is hybrid with three days in-office per week and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years of admin experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a P&C license or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 3 years of administrator related work experience; insurance industry preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• P&C license required or obtainable within 60 days from hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with servicing CertSecure clients.
• Set up new CertSecure clients in certificate management system.
• Handle certificate of insurance data extraction and audits.
• Review contracts for insurance requirements and compliance.
• Maintain data in account management and related systems.
• Attend industry continuing education trainings; follow HUB standards.
