Fox Communities Credit Union is seeking a full-time Centralized Consumer Lender at our corporate office in Appleton. After onboarding onsite, hybrid work may be considered (3+ days onsite/week, 2 remote).

The role centers on servicing member lending needs through multiple channels, collaborating with underwriting, and promoting a wide range of credit union products to deepen relationships.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year college degree preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required by law.
• Two years of relevant lending/financial services experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Fox Communities Credit Union's mission, values and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced consumer lending call center environment.
• Interact with members via phone, internet, mobile app and email to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriting to determine best loan options for members.
• Determine loan disbursement methods that balance member convenience with center goals.
• Cross-sell credit union products and referral services to deepen member relationships.
• Support outbound marketing campaigns and the credit union's auto-buying service.
