Fox Communities Credit Union in Appleton, WI seeks a Loan Servicing Representative II to support post-closing loan functions, maintenance, and inquiries. This is a full-time role based at our Enterprise office, offering opportunities to work with a collaborative team in a growing financial institution.

You will process paid and renewed loan papers, validate MV1 and UCC records, track lien perfection, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely member service.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer lending and lien processing is required.
• Financial institution or related experience preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other general computer systems.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

About this position

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time (40 hrs./wk.) Loan Servicing Representative II based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton!

The Loan Servicing Representative IIassists and supports credit union team members and members with pre- and post-closing loan functions, maintenance, and inquiries as they relate to lending.

The primary responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Representative II role include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Handling post-closing loan functions as they relate to lending, including but not limited to:
• Processing paid and renewed loan papers in the required time allowance
• Validating and processing MV1, UCC recordings, and DNR titling
• Processing, tracking, and following up on consumer loan collateral lien perfections
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving errors in the consumer lending area
• Supporting team members, sharing workload and responsibilities to ensure a positive experience for members, loan originators, and team members
• Answering, supporting, and troubleshooting items received from internal and external member phone calls, email, or other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
• Following guided process and procedure when completing responsibilities.
• Completing work assignments by assigned deadlines.
• Maintaining a base knowledge of the applicable credit union products, processes, policies and systems.

Candidates for the Loan Servicing Representative II position should possess:

• Previous experience in consumer lending, vehicle titling, and/or lien processing is required
• Previous financial institution or related experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of processes, procedures, and systems
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other computer systems used for general use
• Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
