Fox Communities Credit Union in Appleton, Wisconsin, is hiring a full-time Centralized Consumer Lender. The role involves helping members with lending needs via phone, internet, and email, and working with underwriting to offer best solutions.

After onboarding onsite, hybrid work (3+ days onsite, 2 remote) may be considered. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in lending or financial services, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Two years of lending and financial services experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registry as required by law.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promoting Fox Communities Credit Union's mission and values.
• Delivering service in a fast-paced consumer lending call center.
• Interacting with members via phone, internet, mobile app and email to uncover needs.
• Conveying member needs to underwriting to identify best solutions.
• Determining optimal loan disbursement methods for member convenience.
• Customizing protection options for lending products (GAP, protection, etc).
• Addressing questions about loans, credit cards and other products.
• Cross-selling credit union products and referrals to deepen relationships.
• Conducting outbound calls for campaigns and marketing objectives.
• Supporting the credit union’s auto-buying service.
