You will process paid and renewed loan papers, validate MV1 and UCC records, track lien perfection, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely member service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in consumer lending and lien processing is required.
• Financial institution or related experience preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other general computer systems.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Promote Fox Communities Credit Union values and deliver strong member service.
• Handle post-closing loan functions and related lending activities.
• Process paid and renewed loan papers within required timeframes.
• Validate and process MV1, UCC recordings, and DNR titling.
• Process, track, and follow up on consumer loan collateral lien perfections.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve errors in the consumer lending area.
