Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children from birth to age 21, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors and increasing functional skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with ASD or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• BCBA Retention Bonus Opportunity will Expire 09/10/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change lives for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions as needed.
