Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking BCBAs to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise individualized ABA interventions, collect and analyze data, and support families through outcomes and treatment discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• Current BCBA license or in-process; eligible for exam within 3 months.
• Proven experience in ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure progress.
• Support families with results discussion and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Mentor and train behavior technicians and junior staff.
