MRCI in Mankato, MN is seeking a dependable CDS Program Specialist / Designated Coordinator to help ensure DHS licensing compliance while supporting individuals and families in the community. This full-time hybrid role offers training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

As part of the Client Directed Services department, you will oversee services, coordinate plan meetings, develop addenda, and ensure staff competency through training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or those age 65+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CDS services and licensing compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of licensing requirements and reporting.
• Develop and update Support Plan Addendums and licensing documents.
• Ensure staff competency through training and supervision.
• Monitor client progress and update plans.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and outside coordinators.
• Manage budgets, service authorizations, payroll resolution, and timekeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service and other duties as assigned.
