Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a high-energy Driver Recruiter to hire CDL-A drivers across the Midwest while supporting West Coast needs. You’ll own the recruiting process from lead generation through onboarding, collaborating with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR to meet hiring goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of CDL driver recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Tenstreet or similar tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Class A CDL driver recruiting experience.
• Experience using Tenstreet or Driver Recruitment Tools to manage leads and pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, driver qualifications, and DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with ability to recruit CDL-A drivers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard Class A CDL drivers to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across terminals, lanes, equipment types, and markets.
• Develop new ways to find qualified drivers and support referral programs.
• Manage recruiting activity in Tenstreet including leads, applications, and candidate communications.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Compliance and HR to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate engagement and move hires through the process.
