Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard CDL-A drivers across the Midwest, with support for West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii as needed. You will own the recruiting process from lead generation through onboarding, building a strong pipeline and delivering hiring results in partnership with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CDL driver recruiting experience, Tenstreet proficiency, and solid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Class A CDL driver recruiting experience.
• Experience using Tenstreet or similar recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of transportation industry, driver qualifications, and DOT/FMCSA.
• Proactive, results-driven with a proven ability to recruit CDL-A drivers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, phone presence, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with teams.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard CDL drivers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across terminals, lanes, equipment, and markets.
• Develop new ways to find qualified drivers and support referrals.
• Manage recruiting activity in Tenstreet and pipeline tracking.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR to meet hiring needs.
• Build relationships with drivers and keep candidates engaged.
