Job summary

Provider Liaison at Child Care Resource Center in Chatsworth, CA, analyzes provider eligibility and documents for CCFA programs under county and state guidelines. You will support enrollment, eligibility, and documentation maintenance while serving as a main contact for childcare providers.

Hybrid schedule with travel as needed; requires an Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Windows and data entry.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination required; or high school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Windows-based programs and data entry.
• Travel may be required; hybrid schedule requested.

Responsibilities

• Review provider eligibility and documentation for CCFA programs per county/state guidelines.
• Process provider enrollment and ensure timely eligibility decisions; maintain accurate records.
• Respond to provider inquiries via walk-in, phone, and email; log activities in NoHo; handle data entry and administration tasks.
