Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years related work experience for the CCFA division.
• Associate’s Degree in a related field as approved.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and data entry; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clerical support including filing, mailing, enrollment packets, and eligibility records.
• Maintain documentation to ensure family eligibility and program compliance.
• Develop knowledge of program regulations (Title V, Stage 1, CDE) and policies.
• Provide professional customer service to clients and staff by phone and in person.
• Support CCFA division communications and assist parents with childcare questions.
