Job summary

Providence is seeking a Director of Cath Lab in California to lead nursing operations for the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology, ensuring high-quality patient care while managing budgets, staffing and equipment. This role collaborates with physicians and other departments to drive performance and clinical excellence.

The position supports caregiver development, quality improvement and strategic planning, with a requirement for a California RN license and nursing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required at hire.
• National specialty certification preferred; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing operations for Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.
• Oversee budgets, capital requests and equipment management.
• Ensure high quality, individualized patient care and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to improve outcomes.
• Promote staff engagement, performance excellence and patient advocacy.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)

California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)

National specialty certification (preferred)
