Qualifications

• Minimum Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Required Certifications: ARRT RT, BLS, ACLS, CRT.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred Experience: Prior management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RN, RT & other professional staff in the Cath Lab unit.
• Coordinate care of patients during hospitalization to optimize resource use.
• Assist Director/Manager with staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Serve as a clinical role model and support staff development.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and high customer service standards.
