Providence is seeking a Director of Cath Lab to lead nursing operations for the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. You will oversee budgets, capital requests, equipment, and regulatory compliance while guiding clinical standards and staff development.

Ideal candidates bring a California RN license, a BSN, and leadership experience in an acute care setting. A master’s degree and ACLS/PALS are preferred, with a hybrid schedule combining on-site and remote work.

Qualificações

• RN license in California and national specialty certification are required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with master’s degree preferred for leadership.
• Experience in clinical leadership and budget oversight is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement and promote nursing standards for Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.
• Oversee budget, capital requests and equipment management.
• Promote patient, physician and staff satisfaction with professional leadership.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to set goals and improve quality of care.
• Ensure staffing, regulatory compliance and documentation across the unit.
