Job summary

Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA seeks a Supervisor Nursing - Cath Lab to lead daily operations of the cath lab, full-time day shift.

The role partners with the Nurse Manager to plan, organize, and evaluate services, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates hold California RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale cert, and ANCC specialty certification; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• ANCC-recognized specialty certification required within 1 year (or within 1 year of hire for older hires).
• ACLS - American Heart Association.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurse Manager/Director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services.
• Manage and coordinate the cath lab unit, supervise caregivers, interpret policies and standards.
• Maintain clinical competence and certifications to support the unit as required.
