Position Summary The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology departments. This position oversees the delivery of high-quality nursing care, administrative operations, and staffing for multiple nursing units and/or teams exceeding 80 full-time equivalents (FTEs) on a 24-hour basis. The role requires collaboration with physicians, clinical specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes in advanced stroke and cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology services.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with evidence-based standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Promote a patient-focused and team-oriented culture.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications
