Job summary

You will develop live courses, e-learning modules, and presentations that translate data into actionable business insights and profitable recommendations.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, build targeted curriculums, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Develop, Design, and deliver engaging live and e‑learning courses on BI topics.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and build instructional materials.
• Train associates to strengthen client management skills and position Acosta as a strategic advisor.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for improvements.
• Analyze data and translate insights into growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop courses to meet objectives.
• Analyze data and provide guidance addressing product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Understand category review process through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
• Build compelling sales presentations using syndicated and shopper data for actionable insights.
• Deliver KPI-driven reports and summarize analysis with case studies.
