Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Training & Analytics Specialist to develop and deliver BI training for associates, focusing on advanced analytics, category management, and space optimization. You will design live and e-learning courses, collaborate with subject matter experts, and provide actionable recommendations across product, pricing, promotion, and placement.

Expect cross-functional teamwork and KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirement
• Category Management or Space Management Certifications (preferred)
• 3-5 years related work experience
• Strong knowledge of CPG and retail industry tools, data sources, and concepts
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and video editing software

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics and software
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop curricula
• Analyze data and provide proactive guidance addressing product, pricing, promotion, and placement
• Understand category review processes and provide cross-functional category management solutions
• Create compelling sales presentations using syndicated and shopper data for actionable insights
• Deliver KPI-driven reports and train associates on follow-up and result summarization
• Prepare case studies and success stories to illustrate outcomes
