Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Training Designer for BI topics to develop live and e-learning courses, delivering insights-driven training to associates, clients, and customers. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design curricula, graduation materials, and data-backed case studies that drive business insights and space management expertise.

You will lead engaging training solutions, including live virtual sessions, videos, and modules, while aligning with client KPIs and category review

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CPG and retail industry tools and data sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Articulate Storyline/Rise and video editing software.
• Ability to analyze business challenges, prepare data-driven plans, and identify growth opportunities.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills and ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing projects independently and delivering KPI-driven results.
• Build stakeholder relationships and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics and software.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop courses to meet objectives.
• Analyze data and provide proactive guidance addressing product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Understand the category review process and contribute to the category management solution.
• Create compelling sales presentations using syndicated/shoppers data to deliver insights and solutions.
• Deliver KPI-driven reports and summarize analysis in case studies to highlight success.
