Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a BI training professional to design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials for associates. You will work with cross-functional teams to create courses that deliver actionable insights and profitable recommendations, focusing on advanced analytical solutions and category management.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week and travel as needed. You will develop live and e-learning courses, identify training needs with SMEs, and deliver

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of CPG and retail industry tools, data sources, and concepts.
• Experience creating training materials and curriculums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop courses and curriculums.
• Analyze data and provide guidance addressing product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Understand the category review process through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
• Build compelling sales presentations using syndicated and shopper data to address business issues.
• Deliver KPI-driven reports to track progress and validate performance.
• Summarize analysis results and create case studies to highlight success stories.
