Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a BI training specialist to develop and deliver engaging live courses, e-learning modules, and training videos for associates. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor curricula, analyze data to drive insights, and deliver actionable recommendations for business improvements.

The role emphasizes insightful analytics, category and space management data, and creating compelling training materials that strengthen client management and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirement.
• Category Management or Space Management Certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics and software.
• Identify training needs with stakeholders and build targeted instructional materials.
• Analyze data and provide guidance addressing the 4-Ps (product, pricing, promotion, placement).
• Understand the category review process through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
• Build sales presentations using syndicated, shopper, and other data sources for insights and solutions.
• Deliver KPI-driven reports to track progress and validate performance.
• Summarize analysis and create case studies highlighting success stories.
