Job summary

Topco Associates LLC is seeking a Category Analyst for the Indirect Spend - Packaging team in Quincy, MA. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days weekly and virtual two days weekly, supporting packaging categories such as plastic cake containers, cake boards, corrugated boxes, and scale labels.

You will contribute to category strategies, cost savings, and supplier engagement, working with cross-functional teams to drive program growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business, analytics, project coordination, or a related field.
• Exposure to sourcing, procurement, purchasing, consulting, or retail operations preferred.
• Prior experience with supplier or market analysis is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing initiatives from initiation through contract execution and lifecycle management.
• Develop and distribute RFIs/RFPs to prospective suppliers.
• Participate in supplier negotiations, including pricing and contract terms.
