Topco Associates in Quincy, MA is seeking a Category Analyst for Indirect Spend - Packaging. This hybrid role requires in-office work three days per week and virtual two days per week.

You will support sourcing initiatives across packaging categories, perform data analysis, and engage in supplier negotiations to drive cost savings on a roughly $500M spend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in business, analytics, project coordination, or a related field.
• Exposure to sourcing, procurement, purchasing, consulting, or retail operations preferred.
• Prior experience with supplier or market analysis is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sourcing initiatives from initiation through contract execution and lifecycle management.
• Develop and distribute RFPs and RFIs to prospective suppliers.
• Participate in supplier negotiations, including pricing and contract terms.
• Ensure sourcing activities are well-documented and aligned with internal processes.
• Conduct data analysis to support sourcing decisions, identify opportunities, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Interpret and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing sourcing plans and business reviews.
• Contribute to the development and promotion of new and existing sourcing programs.
