Topco Associates in Quincy, MA seeks a Category Analyst for Indirect Spend – Packaging. The role is hybrid, with three in-office days and two remote each week, focusing on packaging categories and cost-savings initiatives.

You will analyze data, develop category insights, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive value across approximately $500M in spend. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in analytics or procurement are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in business, analytics, project coordination, or related field.
• Exposure to sourcing, procurement, or supplier analysis is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sourcing initiatives from initiation through contract execution.
• Conduct data analysis to support sourcing decisions and evaluate proposals.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders; communicate results.
• Support program adoption and growth with account and program teams.
