Job summary

TricorBraun Holdings Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and supply chain activities focused on primary packaging. You will manage supplier relationships, run RFQs, and shape packaging solutions to support customer programs and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain or packaging, with strong knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes. Hybrid work options in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, category management, or packaging-related environments.
• Primary packaging industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting packaging products such as plastic containers, closures, dispensers, glass packaging, flexible packaging, or other primary packaging components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across assigned product categories to support business objectives, customer requirements, and profitability goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier identification, qualification, development, performance management, and ongoing business reviews.
• Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, pricing analyses, and sourcing recommendations for customer opportunities and critical initiatives.
• Serve as a technical supply chain resource by providing expertise on supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, packaging materials, and product solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, service levels, supply agreements, and commercial terms to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support customer programs, product launches, and key efforts.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity and support customer commitments.
• Evaluate market conditions, supplier trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to find opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and competitive advantage.
• Analyze sourcing, supplier, and supply chain data using ERP, CRM, and reporting tools to support business decisions and performance improvement efforts.
