Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Risk Management).
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and modeling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for client and colleague engagement.
• Strong problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel to the Rolling Meadows, IL home office for training (expenses covered).

Responsibilities

• Audit, enhance, and model insurance company data sets with clients.
• Explain model outputs clearly and present analysis to clients and internal teams.
• Deliver written reports that communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Provide real-time event response and catastrophe risk analysis for clients.
• Explore large data sets to uncover insights and develop risk solutions.
