Gallagher Re is offering the REACH program a 24‑month, structured learning and development track for graduates and career changers. You’ll gain access to executive mentors, participate in seminars, and work on catastrophe risk analytics within a globally connected team.

Hybrid schedule with in‑office and remote days at our Philadelphia location. You will develop data analytics, modeling, and reporting skills, with exposure to reinsurance broking and risk management, and pursue the ARe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Risk Management, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and statistical modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client engagement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training with travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to audit, enhance, and model insurance data sets.
• Explain model outputs and prepare compelling written reports for clients.
• Present analysis summaries to internal and external clients to drive strategy.
• Provide real-time event response and analysis of catastrophic events.
• Explore large data sets to uncover insights and develop solutions to risk challenges.
