You will gain hands-on experience in analytics and risk transfer strategies, preparing for professional designations like ARe, while contributing to client-facing analysis and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Risk Management).
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and formatting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client engagement.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training.

Responsibilities

• Audit, enhance, and model insurance company data sets.
• Explain model outputs and prepare written reports for clients and colleagues.
• Present analysis summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide real-time event response and catastrophe risk analysis.
• Explore large data sets to derive insights and potential risk solutions.
