The program targets recent grads with a strong analytical background and Excel/data modeling skills, offering paid training and professional development toward the ARe designation and licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., analytics, statistics, risk).
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivots, macros, formatting, and modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to the Rolling Meadows, IL home office for training.

Responsibilities

• Audit, enhance, and model insurance data sets for clients.
• Explain model outputs and prepare clear written reports.
• Present analysis summaries to internal and external clients.
• Provide real-time event response and catastrophe risk analysis.
• Explore large data sets to derive insights and solutions.
