Job summary

Gallagher Re is launching the REACH Program in Minneapolis, a 24-month structured path for graduates and career changers into catastrophe risk analytics within reinsurance. You will work closely with the Executive Team, mentors, and trainers, gaining hands-on experience in data-driven risk assessment, analytics, and client-facing communication.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule, offering paid training hours and opportunities to attain professional designations (ARe) within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to audit, enhance, and model insurance data sets.
• Explain model outputs and prepare written reports for clients.
• Present analysis summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide real-time event response and analysis of catastrophic events.
• Explore large data sets to uncover insights and develop risk solutions.
